I called Troy Mitchell from The Mobile Bike Shop to help me change my bike tire. I thought I knew everything about changing a bike tire but I was wrong. Troy showed me a few things I never knew like what the hook end of the Tire Levers were for.

105 km Bike Ride - Gearing Up and Experience

This is just video about what I need for a long distance ride, what foods I bring and what I use for Hydration. This ride was suppose to be 115kms but it was interrupted by a large staple. The only thing I forgot to bring was my tire Levers, which help me get the tire off the rim. Luckily my wife was on her way to the cottage and picked me up.

Tire Irons/Tire Levers (which I forgot)
1 Pump
1 Computer
