This is just video about what I need for a long distance ride, what foods I bring and what I use for Hydration. This ride was suppose to be 115kms but it was interrupted by a large staple. The only thing I forgot to bring was my tire Levers, which help me get the tire off the rim. Luckily my wife was on her way to the cottage and picked me up.

3 Liters of water/Gatorade
2 Hammer Gels
2 Bananas
1 extra wheel tube
Tire Irons/Tire Levers (which I forgot)
1 Pump
1 Computer
